We will show you how to legally send mail to the parole board in your state from proper placement of DOC Number to the standard size of mail package acceptable to the Board Member.
Your parole packet can be rejected if not addressed properly or sent in a timely manner.
It is very important to the inmate that the parole packet be sent to the correct Post Office box address in order to be read by the parole board.
It is vital to the parole hearing that the packet is received by the Board Member. The Parole Board Member will study your parole packet before the parole hearing.
HOW TO ADDRESS THE PAROLE BOARD
Information on the Board hearing will be provided to you as part of this service of preparing a Parole Packet for you.
The Board would like to hear from you regarding what the offender has done to
rehabilitate him/herself, i.e., whether he/she has taken all the programs
recommended by DOC, whether she/he has a home offer, a job, and what type of
family and financial support the offender will have when released. In most
states per Parole Board policy, only one delegate will be allowed to speak for
each offender and that delegate should limit his or her presentation to two
minutes or less. In order to assure each delegate receives an equal amount of
time, a timer will be set.
Two minutes is all you get to convince the Parole Board that the inmate is a rehabilitated person ready to return to society. We will provide you with an outlined presentation based on the information in your parole packet as well as information on admittance to the facility, proper dress attire, proper behavior and a brief summary of what will take place at the Parole Board Hearing. This is essential to the inmate obtaining a YES vote from the Parole Board Members.
All delegated are seen in as expedient of manner as possible according to the Board’s schedule, but delegates should be prepared for the possibility of a lengthy wait.
