PUNISHMENT

The Department Of Criminal Justice System is designed to punish. Your loved one has been punished and has made amazing progress;  the system served its purpose in his/her life. The inmate has been incarcerated for months, in some cases years. Additionally, their family suffers as well and this is normally the hardest for the inmate because he/she is not able to care for their family like they really want to.

REHABILITATION

The next phase of the Department of Criminal Justice System is Rehabilitation. The parole packet will show that the inmate has been rehabilitated and the system has been a wakeup call for his/her life and has provided the inmate with positive direction to improve. Moreover, the parole packet will show that the Department of Correction has made the inmate gain maturity and the knowledge he/she needs in order to be a successful/active member of today’s society. The system has served its purpose.

All information obtained from inmate or inmate’s family will be used to provide the above facts of rehabilitation
and that punishment has been served.
